Liz Clem-Schneider -- F/MF -- Manteca, Calif.

Liz is a blazing fast forward from Merced. She is transfering to Cal State Stanislaus from Salem College in Winston Salem North Carolina. In her one season playing for NCAA Division III Salem College she scored 13 goals and had 12 assists for 38 points in just 12 games. For her efforts she was honored as the 2007 Association of Division III Independents Women's Soccer Most Valuable Player. Liz played her club soccer for the California Cougars and coach Mark Kusanovich.

"Liz certainly has the type of speed that kills. She will get in behind the defense and cause lots of problems for the opponent. Liz is also very comfortable playing both on the left and the right wing. We tried very hard to recruit Liz coming out of high school and are thrilled to have her joining our team as a sophomore. I expect her to be an impact player next fall and to be a part of a very dynamic forward line." -- Coach Bolton

Julia Geller -- Midfielder -- Danville, Calif.

Julia is an extremely skilled midfielder who has played at the highest levels of high school and club soccer. She was a member of the highly regarded Monte Vista High School team both as a junior and a senior. At the club level she played for the U18 Pleasanton Rage team under coaches Daren Prezler and Phillipe Blin. Prior to joining the Rage she played for the San Ramon Legend.

"Julia really understands the game well. She has all the skills and is the type of midfielder that will help us keep the ball. She finds a way to make everyone else around her better. She reminds me a lot of one of our current players, senior Jenna Kasch, in that regard. Julia is also an extremely competitive individual who wants to win at everything she does." -- Coach Bolton

Devon Lapenias -- Defender -- Modesto, Calif.

Devon is an athletic outside defender from Central Catholic High School in Modesto. In the spring of 2008 she led the Raiders to the CIF Section Finals. She was also a member of the Central Catholic High School baskeball team. Devon plays her club soccer for the Manteca Rangers and coach Vince Meyer. She will be joining Central Catholic and Manteca Rangers teammate Nichole Meyer at Cal State Stanislaus.

"Devon is a pure athlete. She does well in every sport she plays and she has played them all. She has good speed and she is very quick. Devon is also an extremely competitive individual. Her ability to play both on the right and the left side of the defense makes her very unique. I have no doubt that once she is in the college environment and able to concentrate on soccer she is going to thrive."

Rachel Mathews -- F/MF-- Sacramento, Calif.

Rachel is an explosive forward who is transfering back to Northern California after one year at Winona State University in Minnesota. Prior to playing her junior year at Winona State, Rachel was a junior college All-American at American River College in Sacramento. During her stint at ARC she led the Big 7 Conference in points (94), goals (34), and assists (26) for two consecutive seasons. She is known for her unique combination of both strength and speed. Rachel will have one year of eligibility remaining with the Warriors.

"Rachel is an impact forward who can put the ball in the back of the net. She has the ability to break defenses down with her pace and she can also overpower them with her strength. She was one of our top recruits in 2007 coming out of American River College but unfortunately for us she decided to go to Winona State. However, we are very excited to have Rachel joining us for her senior season." -- Coach Bolton

Aubrey Sharp -- Defender -- Stockton Calif.

Aubrey is a versatile defender from Lincoln High School in Stockton. This past season she led her high school team to the Section Semi-Finals. Aubrey plays her club soccer for the California Cougars and club coaches Mark Kusanovich and Matt Kusanovich. The Cougars are the same club that produced Warrior standouts Lisa Garcia and Kaity Bojorquez. For her club team Sharp plays center defender, outside defender, and center midfield.

"Aubrey is a physical and athletic soccer player who can play a variety of different positions. I've seen her lock down some high level forwards both in high school and club soccer. Her individual defending is outstanding and she also has a comfort level on the left side of the field." -- Coach Bolton
