Holly Johnson -- Defender -- Fresno, Calif.

Rachel Naranjo -- D/MF/F -- San Diego, Calif.
Rachel Naranjo is one of the most versatile players in this recruiting class. Primarily a defender for her club team Nado Select out of Coronado, Naranjo can play most positions on the the field. For Nado and coach Brian Hiatt-Aleu, she spends most of her time at sweeper. She is currently club teammates with incoming Warrior Taylor Waldon. Known for her blazing speed and long dribbling runs out of the back, she is also adept at the forward and wing positions. Naranjo plays her high school soccer for the Eastlake Titans and coach Martin Casas. In addition to competing in soccer, Naranjo will run track for the Warriors.Rachel is just a special player. She has some unique skills that set her apart from others. Obviously she is a tremendous athlete or she wouldn't be able to play two sports at the college level. Her ability to dribble an entire team is amazing. She is going to do a lot of things for us on the field and on the track. -- Head Coach Gabriel Bolton

Elle Porter -- Forward -- Sacramento, Calif.
Elle Porter joins the Warriors from Bella Vista High School in Fair Oaks. An explosive and dynamic forward, Porter is expected to add tremendous attacking skill to the squad. Porter is known for her speed and tremendous crossing ability. She plays her club soccer for CASA Boca Jrs. in Sacramento. This will be the third time Porter has played for Coach Bolton. In 2001, she began her competitive soccer for the San Juan Soccer Club and Coach Bolton. She also played for him in 2006, winning a US Club National Championship for Boca Jrs. She was teammates with current Cal State Stanislaus women's soccer player Millie Brown and is currently teammates with incoming Warriors Sierra Casas and Brianna ScalesElle is a fantastic talent! She is one of the most competitive players I have ever coached. She always wants to win. She has the athletic ability and skill to make a huge impact on our program. -- Head Coach Gabriel Bolton
Brianna Scales -- MF/F -- Cameron Park, Calif.
Brianna Scales comes to the Warriors from Ponderosa High School in Cameron Park. A four-year varsity player for the Bruins, Scales is a 2-time SVC First Team performer. She is also team captain for the Bruins. Scales plays her club soccer for Emmy Barr and the CASA Boca Jrs. She is an explosive wing player with tremendous speed. This will be the second time Scales has played for Coach Bolton. She also played for him in 2006 for Boca Jrs., winning a US Club National Championship. She played her club soccer with current Cal State Stanislaus goalkeeper Millie Brown and is on the same club team as incoming Warriors Elle Porter and Sierra Casas.Bri is a tenacious attacking player. She has the speed and skill to get in behind defenses and the determination to make things happen. Bri is going to be a fantastic addition to our wing play. -- Head Coach Gabriel Bolton.
Jen Thornton -- Midfielder -- Corona, Calif.
Jen is a terrific center midfielder. She has the athletic ability to cover the ground needed in our system and she has the technical skill to keep possession of the ball for us. She also has the tremendous benefit of having played for a top club in the top youth soccer league in the nation. -- Head Coach Gabriel Bolton
Taylor Waldon -- Forward -- Poway, Calif.
Taylor Waldon is an explosive forward from Southern California and Poway High School. Known for her goal scoring ability, Waldon was named Most Valuable Offensive Player for Poway High School as a junior. She is also a three-time San Diego Union Tribune Scholar Athlete. Waldon has proved to be equally as potent of a scorer at the club level having led her team, Nado Select, in goals the last four years. Her club coach is Brian Hiatt-Aleu and she is teammates with incoming freshman Rachel Naranjo. Waldon is planning on majoring in Psychology.I have no doubt that Taylor is going to be a terrific forward for us. Having lost some impact forwards from 2008 we are looking for Taylor to step in immediately. She is the perfect fit for our system. She has the speed, work rate and athletic ability to play any position along the forward line and she knows how to finish. -- Head Coach Gabriel Bolton
Apryl Whitney -- Defender -- Modesto, Calif.
Apryl is just a hammer on the field. She is fantastic in the air, physical, and nearly impossible to beat in 1v1 situations. Her toughness and athletic ability are going to make a big difference for our team. -- Head Coach Gabriel Bolton

Liz Clem-Schneider -- F/MF -- Manteca, Calif.
Liz is a blazing fast forward from Merced. She is transfering to Cal State Stanislaus from Salem College in Winston Salem North Carolina. In her one season playing for NCAA Division III Salem College she scored 13 goals and had 12 assists for 38 points in just 12 games. For her efforts she was honored as the 2007 Association of Division III Independents Women's Soccer Most Valuable Player. Liz played her club soccer for the California Cougars and coach Mark Kusanovich."Liz certainly has the type of speed that kills. She will get in behind the defense and cause lots of problems for the opponent. Liz is also very comfortable playing both on the left and the right wing. We tried very hard to recruit Liz coming out of high school and are thrilled to have her joining our team as a sophomore. I expect her to be an impact player next fall and to be a part of a very dynamic forward line." -- Coach Bolton
Julia Geller -- Midfielder -- Danville, Calif.
Julia is an extremely skilled midfielder who has played at the highest levels of high school and club soccer. She was a member of the highly regarded Monte Vista High School team both as a junior and a senior. At the club level she played for the U18 Pleasanton Rage team under coaches Daren Prezler and Phillipe Blin. Prior to joining the Rage she played for the San Ramon Legend."Julia really understands the game well. She has all the skills and is the type of midfielder that will help us keep the ball. She finds a way to make everyone else around her better. She reminds me a lot of one of our current players, senior Jenna Kasch, in that regard. Julia is also an extremely competitive individual who wants to win at everything she does." -- Coach Bolton
Devon Lapenias -- Defender -- Modesto, Calif.
Devon is an athletic outside defender from Central Catholic High School in Modesto. In the spring of 2008 she led the Raiders to the CIF Section Finals. She was also a member of the Central Catholic High School baskeball team. Devon plays her club soccer for the Manteca Rangers and coach Vince Meyer. She will be joining Central Catholic and Manteca Rangers teammate Nichole Meyer at Cal State Stanislaus.

Rachel Mathews -- F/MF-- Sacramento, Calif.
Rachel is an explosive forward who is transfering back to Northern California after one year at Winona State University in Minnesota. Prior to playing her junior year at Winona State, Rachel was a junior college All-American at American River College in Sacramento. During her stint at ARC she led the Big 7 Conference in points (94), goals (34), and assists (26) for two consecutive seasons. She is known for her unique combination of both strength and speed. Rachel will have one year of eligibility remaining with the Warriors."Rachel is an impact forward who can put the ball in the back of the net. She has the ability to break defenses down with her pace and she can also overpower them with her strength. She was one of our top recruits in 2007 coming out of American River College but unfortunately for us she decided to go to Winona State. Aubrey Sharp -- Defender -- Stockton Calif.
Aubrey is a versatile defender from Lincoln High School in Stockton. This past season she led her high school team to the Section Semi-Finals. Aubrey plays her club soccer for the California Cougars and club coaches Mark Kusanovich and Matt Kusanovich. The Cougars are the same club that produced Warrior standouts Lisa Garcia and Kaity Bojorquez. For her club team Sharp plays center defender, outside defender, and center midfield."Aubrey is a physical and athletic soccer player who can play a variety of different positions. I've seen her lock down some high level forwards both in high school and club soccer. Her individual defending is outstanding and she also has a comfort level on the left side of the field." -- Coach Bolton
